Your Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute experiments in the field of molecular biology, cell biology, or bioprocessing
• Analyze and interpret complex scientific data, ensuring high-quality documentation and reporting
• Contribute to the development and optimization of innovative biotechnological processes and products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, and production
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines

Your Profile

• PhD or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Hands-on laboratory experience in relevant techniques (e.g., cell culture, PCR, protein analysis, or fermentation)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working style
