Technical Cooperation Project Assistant Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Assist in driving technical cooperation projects and tracking milestones

• Coordinate communication between internal teams (R&D) and external partners

• Prepare technical documents, partnership materials, and meeting notes

• Track issues and risks during collaboration and follow up on resolution

• Support research and evaluation of potential partners and technologies

• Assist with cooperation processes including contracts and internal approvals

• Maintain the cooperation ecosystem, including assisting in organizing workshops

Your areas of expertise

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields

• Work Experience : Ideally 1+ years in Engineering R&D domain (Renewables)

• Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. German language skills would be a plus.

• Knowledge & Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment

• Basic Technical Understanding ( Renewables Energy)

• Project Coordination Skills

• Information Organization & Analysis

• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Personal Attributes :

  • Good communication, organization, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work within international team setup

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
