Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich) is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within Huawei Ohm Research Center (Nuremberg) is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply.

Expert - Data Centers Product Planning (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Develop customized product development plan charters and special research based on customer strategies and pain points to ensure the competitiveness of regional solutions.

• Manage regional requirements for key products and solutions, including but not limited to power modules, UPSs, lithium batteries, modular data centers, ensure regional competitiveness, and ensure business closure.

• Conduct high-level communication and strategic alignment with regional data center customers.

• Support the frontline marketing personnel in strategic project development and breakthrough.

• Support joint innovation activities of regional key accounts.

Your areas of expertise

• Senior expert in power modules, UPSs, lithium batteries, modular data center, familiar with the market, products, solutions, and development direction of the domain, and proficient in a certain domain. Master cross-domain knowledge.

• Be familiar with the business modules of market insight, including but not limited to market analysis, customer analysis, competition analysis, technology analysis, and disruptive force analysis. Be proficient in a business module.

• Work experience: At least 10 years of working experience. Practical project experience in the data center field is preferred.
