You’ll make an impact by

• Design and deliver advanced training for DSOs and Industries on Switching Operations and provide practical, hands-on training in electrical power system switching under critical conditions
• Consult and support internal teams and customers through complex switching scenarios with technical leadership and coaching
• Act as an advisor on switching operations to cover customer needs and requirements
• Creating a sustainable curriculum and develop trainings programs for our customers
• Facilitating workshops and simulations in technical operations
• Support the development and enhancement of SiEmergy scenarios, tools, simulations and frameworks for future-ready operational performance, and support SiEmergy training for our customers
• Be part of R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies and evolving industry needs into SiEmergy solutions

Your defining qualities

• Several years of experience in training in the field of rail network electrification and automation.
• Very good knowledge of electrical power systems, network operations, programming, automation, and sensors
• Strong knowledge of critical network operation situations in Power Transmission and Distribution, and hands-on expertise in switching operations within electrical power systems, including compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Validated ability to design and deliver technical training programs and workshops, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and German and English fluently. Additional other languages are a plus.
• Global willingness to travel and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
