You’ll make an impact by

• Design and deliver advanced training for DSOs and Industries on SiEmergy and provide practical, hands-on training in electrical power system switching under critical conditions
• Develop and enhance SiEmergy scenarios, tools, simulations and frameworks for future-ready operational performance
• Lead R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies and evolving industry needs into SiEmergy solutions
• Act as an experienced advisor on switching operations and stress management in critical network scenarios
• Guide teams through complex switching scenarios with technical leadership and coaching
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, and knowledge-sharing to build team capabilities in technical operations and stress resilience

Your defining qualities

• German and English fluently. Additional other languages are a plus.
• Many years of experience in electrical power systems, network operations, or similar roles, and Master's or Doctor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of critical network operation situations in Power Transmission and Distribution, and hands-on expertise in switching operations within electrical power systems, including compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Validated ability to design and deliver technical training programs and workshops, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
